As soon as you have the flight details (arrival time, terminal number), the number of people, and the final destination address.
In the central hall of the specified terminal, after passing customs control, a driver holding a sign with your name and surname, or your company's name, will be waiting for you.
It's paid 48 hours before the specified flight arrival time or the meeting at the 5-minute parking area. Failure to meet these conditions will result in automatic cancellation of the transfer without notice.
We monitor flight arrival times to ensure timely delivery of the vehicle to the meeting point.
We will fully refund the cost of the transfer to you. If your flight is rescheduled for another date at the same time, we will fulfill the order without additional charge. If the previous flight was purchased outside the early and late time range, an additional fee of 10€ will be charged before 7:00 AM and after 9:00 PM.
The driver will wait for you in the airport hall for a maximum of 60 minutes. The cost for each subsequent hour after the initial transfer is doubled.
All private tours start from your hotel/villa/cruise liner. By prior arrangement at a convenient location for you.
The starting point is the central spot on the English Embankment, easily accessible on foot or by public transport. All participants are informed of the starting location in advance and have direct contact with the guide.
The driver will pick you up at a specific time at the 5-minute parking area outside the central hall. There will be no charge of 10€ for waiting in this case.
A child under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Upon the parents' request, we provide child seats or boosters. It's necessary to specify the need for additional accessories when booking.
The animal must be accompanied by its owner or a responsible person. During transportation, it is necessary to keep the animal in a bag or a carrier specifically designed for this purpose.
We will refund you the full cost of the transfer if you notify us at least 48 hours before its actual execution.
