How do I book a private tour?

Submit a request via the booking form on the website. We will contact you within 2 hours to confirm details (date, time, number of people). A 20% prepayment is required to confirm the booking.

Will I receive a voucher after booking?

Yes. After confirmation, we send a voucher to your email with full reservation details (time, location, number of people, etc.).

What is included in the tour price?

Included: professional guide/driver services, individual premium-class transport (minivan or sedan), fuel, toll roads, parking fees, and passenger insurance in the vehicle.

What is not included in the tour price?

Not included: meals, entrance tickets to museums, paid exotic gardens, and personal expenses.

Can I cancel and get a refund?

Yes. The deposit is fully refundable if the order is cancelled at least 48 hours before the tour starts (or in case of unforeseen circumstances). Please notify us by email or phone.
